Cancellation Policy

 

Prior to appointment a $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure every new office and or consultation appointment. Request of payment will be sent after appointment booking. Failure to pay payment does not guarantee security of appointment.

 

If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24 hour notice if possible.
