What Is Your Next?



Happy Monday,


Checking in to see if you have set any goals for yourself this week or should I say quarter. Last month we encouraged you to write health goals and to make sure to create plans to do so. As you move into this new season stick to the plan. Normally during the colder weather seasons many like to make excuses, stay in rather than exercise.

Now that it is getting warmer, we are here to encourage you to SPRING FORWARD. Stay focused on moving forward on your health journey. This season is perfect for walks and jogs in the park.

Make sure to get at least 30 minutes of good movement 5 times per week. Make sure to gather an accountability partner to help you on the journey becasue we know that sometimes doing it alone is mentally not the easiest.

Remember that many gyms have fun activities and classes that you can participate in. So get active with a gym of your preference. If you are struggling, ask for help. Get a personal trainer to help you move foreward. Most personal trainers are aware of making sure to meet the client where they are.

Remember in order to achieve your goals, one must do the work. So write the vision you have for your health and implement the guidance you received. If know one else believes in you, here at Practical Purpsoe Solutions we believe in you. We know that one factor plays a major role in achieving that health goal and that is that if you do the work, you will get results!

Tips to Implementing:

  • Get an accountability partner

  • SAVE THE EXCUSES

  • Time Block throughout the day

  • Choose days where you have lesser work to do

  • Sometimes morning workouts are easier to achieve than evening
